Shipping & Returns

At PLATINARTZ, we strive to provide high-quality art and home décor products. Please review our policies regarding returns, refunds, order confirmations, and shipments.

Order Confirmation Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that we have pre-authorized your credit card and accepted your order in our system. We immediately check with our suppliers for availability. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item is in stock and ready to ship (within 5 business days), we will process your payment and proceed with shipment.

Order Shipment If your order is in stock and processed, it will be shipped within five business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please contact us at orders@platinartz.com.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 48 hours receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of shipping status.

If your order has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Please inspect the packaging upon delivery and note any damages when signing for it. If damage is found, send photos to return@platinartz.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
